Developers of The Paramount announce new condo project on Hillsborough Street

The View on Pullen Circle offers magnificent views, easy access to downtown, NC State, Cameron Village

RALEIGH (MAY 9, 2018) – A new condominium project will soon take shape on Hillsborough Street, offering spectacular views of the iconic NC State Belltower and convenient access to Cameron Village, Pullen Park, NC State, and other popular downtown destinations. The View on Pullen Circle, situated at the roundabout connecting Hillsborough Street and Pullen Drive, will include 35 one- and two-bedroom condominiums with prices starting in the upper $300’s.

The five-story project is being developed by the team behind The Paramount, a high-end condominium in Glenwood South that was one of the first residential redevelopment properties of its kind in downtown Raleigh, and the nearby Aloft Raleigh hotel. Those partners – Mark Andrews, Michael Sandman, Andrew Sandman and Joe Whitehouse – have partnered with Randy Robertson and Steve Simpson of South Atlantic Construction Company to develop The View on Pullen Circle.

“Our project name was very intentional. Every unit offers unique and special views of our city – from the Belltower to the Gregg Museum of Art and Design and Theatre in the Park. The walkability ratings for this property are among the best in Raleigh,” said partner Mark Andrews. “The desire to live in downtown Raleigh has never been higher and The View on Pullen Circle offers residents a remarkable location and upscale features at an affordable entry point.”

The View on Pullen Circle will feature a rooftop terrace and deck where residents can enjoy panoramic views of the NC State campus and downtown Raleigh. The property will feature parking and bike storage under the building.

Interested buyers can begin reserving units, ranging from 900 SF to 1,300 SF later this month. Construction is slated to begin late this year, and the project will be completed in late 2019 or early 2020.
